Return authorization must be filed and approved prior to make any returns. Please read our policy before click the return link RETURNS
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All final sales items are ineligible. One return authorization allowed per order.
- Upon your return approval, pls pack your return items and send back to us within 7 days. Depends on your location and choice of courier, it will take 3 to 15 days. You can choose any courier you want, but we recommend one with tracking service available to ensure the delivery of return package. Please note that buyers' are responsible for return freight.
- Once we receive returns, we will inspect and issue full credit for North America returns and Cost of items for last of the world if there will be no further dispute on return items.
